RENTAL DETAILS

RENTAL PERIOD

  • Our rental rates are based on a 24-hour time period.

  • Please let us know if your return time will fall out of the 24 hour period or if you need the items for more than 24 hours.

MAKING A 
RESERVATION

To confirm a reservation we require your contact information and a deposit.

Payments can be made using;

  • Email transfer

  • Cash

  • Credit card- a 3% processing will be applied for all credit card payments.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery is not included in the cost of the rental item and will vary based on location. A delivery quote needs to be confirmed. 

  • All deliveries require the signature of a responsible party for rental items to be left.

  • Delivering to locations  that are either upstairs/ downstairs with no proper elevator service  or difficult to access areas may incur additional charges.

  • If drop off / pick up time is after 10pm, additional charges may apply.

SET-UP &
TEAR-DOWN

  • We are available to set up tables, chairs, tents and other items for an additional set-up and tear-down fee.

  • If no arrangements were made for set-up & tear-down, all rental items should be properly stacked and left in a safe location for pickup.

CUSTOMER
PICK-UP & RETURN

  • The pick- up location is in Chelsea, Chestermere. Please contact us for the exact address.

  • A valid government issued picture I.D. is required at pick-up.

  • Items being picked up must fit safely inside your vehicle.

  • The customer is responsible for loading, unloading and securing the load in the vehicle.  However, we can assist but cannot be responsible for any damage to the vehicle or personal property that may occur during loading or unloading or transport.

  • Please contact Supreme Event Rentals to confirm the return time to ensure a representative is available to receive the items.

UNUSED
RENTAL ITEMS

  • Rental items are charged for the time period they are out, not whether they were used.

  • No refunds are given for items that were not used during your event.

CHANGES & 
CANCELLATIONS

  • When an item is reserved, its removed from our inventory, so that makes it unavailable for other potential customers. As a result, changes to reservations need to be communicated in a timely manner (at least 7 days before rental date).

  • Any cancellations made within a week of the rental date, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. 

DAMAGED OR 
MISSING RENTAL ITEMS

  • The customer is responsible for rental items while in their possession.

  • Rental items should be secured when not in use and protected from adverse weather conditions.

  • If the rental items are damaged, the customer is  responsible to replace the damaged parts or cover the full replacement costs.

  • Notify us immediately if you find something broken or missing when it is received. 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • The refundable security deposit will be returned via etransfer once the items are returned to in the same condition.
